You can have fun and train with your SurfBall in many ways, but here's a proven course that will bring you to your surfing peak:
Starting with a deflated ball, learn the basic art of balance. As you feel more comfortable increase the air pressure of the ball in small increments, until you can balance comfortably on a fully inflated ball.
Create motion by rocking the board on the ball, as you would on a conventional balance board.
Learn to use the 360 degrees of movement by roating the board on axis, ten degrees at a time.
Start working with the 360 degrees of motion, rocking the board forward and back, left to right. Start working on grabs..tail, nose, rail, double grabs, or anything you feel comfortable with.
Start mastering the art of the three point stance and learning to do surf ups (three point to standing while balancing on the ball). Now it's time for tricks.. 360 spins, shove-its, kickflips, fingerolls, etc.
